About Zizzy

Zizzy is people management software that covers the whole employee lifecycle in one place: hiring, onboarding, people records, time off, reviews, feedback and offboarding.

Why we built it

People teams spend their days on work that matters, and far too much of it disappears into spreadsheets, shared drives and half-remembered process. Most HR software either assumes you have an operations team to run it, or asks you to buy a wall of integrations before anything works. We wanted the opposite: one calm product that does the everyday job properly.

Who it is for

Small and mid-sized teams, whatever the function is called: HR, People, Culture or Talent. If one or two people carry the whole employee lifecycle, Zizzy is built for you.

How we work

Every setup is guided. A product specialist migrates your existing records and configures Zizzy with you, so it is right from day one rather than a spreadsheet import you tackle alone. Pricing is £8 per person per month, with a one-off £2,500 guided implementation.

Who we are

Zizzy is a Yopla product, built in the UK by Yopla Studio. We are currently opening the Founding Chapter: a first group of teams who get founding terms and a direct say in what we build next.
